Bake Cakes ~~

____ Chocolate Lava Cake ____

You can make ur own Lava Cake 

with following this recipe 

熔岩巧克力蛋糕 chocolate lava cake ♥
份量: 4个

材料：
黑巧克力 bittersweet chocolate - 100g
无盐黄油 unsalted butter - 120g
鸡蛋 egg - 2个
细砂糖 castor sugar - 4汤匙
盐 salt - 半小匙
香草精 vanilla extract - 1小匙
沙拉油 vegetable oil - 4汤匙
普通面粉 all purpose flour - 2小匙

小蛋糕模子 ramekins - 4个
牛油 butter
可可粉 cocoa powder

做法：
1. 先预热烤箱220c，10分钟
2. 将黑巧克力和室温无盐黄油隔水煮融，稍微搅拌至均匀混合，待放至室温
3. 将小蛋糕模子均匀涂上一层牛油，再均匀撒上可可粉，待放
4. 盆里放入鸡蛋，细砂糖，盐，香草精，沙拉油，用力打至奶白色
5. 加入黑巧克力糊，搅拌均匀
6. 加入普通面粉，搅拌均匀
7. 倒入小蛋糕模子，放入烤箱，以220c烤11分钟
8. 11分钟后，小心将蛋糕取出，倒扣在碟子上，小心将模子拿起，即可切开，里面的巧克力即爆浆流出

*可撒上幼糖粉，也可随意摆上水果，淡奶油，冰淇淋等
** 熔岩巧克力蛋糕是靠未烤熟的内心来达到岩浆的效果，所以烘烤温度要高，利用速烤的办法来保证外皮凝固变的酥松时，内心还是流淌的
***每个烤箱的火候热情都不一样，建议先烤一个蛋糕，看看会不会烤太熟，若烤得太熟，蛋糕切开时不会有爆浆流出
